The Niji Data Hub

Niji's Data Hub is above all a human-sized and multidisciplinary team, composed of consultants and experts who advise and support our clients at all stages of the data cycle:

• From collection to valorization in innovative services.
• Including storage and service architectures.

Our consultants are based in Ile-de-France and in regions (Nantes, Rennes, Lille, Lyon, and Bordeaux).

Our 3 directors, confirmed experts in data governance, data science, AI, and AI industrialization methodologies (MLOps, DataOps), are looking for new, complementary talents at various qualification and seniority levels. These new hires will work in synergy with Niji's wide range of skills in development, communication, cybersecurity, and consulting.

Your Role as Manager Data IA

As a Manager Data IA, your main missions will be:

• Participating in the commercial development of Data & IA activity offerings.
• Managing teams associated with offerings and projects.
• Intervening on high-value Data IA & ML missions.
• Collaborating with teams and proposing innovative AI solutions.
• Participating in maintaining technical documentation, best practices, and development standards.
• Ensuring constant technological watch to stay at the forefront of advancements in AI and related technologies.

Who You Are

If You:

• Have at least 3 years of experience in similar functions.
• Possess a technological flair.
• Demonstrate adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.
• Have a strong appetite for challenge and a sense of collective spirit.
• Are business-oriented.
