The Data Pole at Niji

The Data Pole at Niji is a human-scale, multidisciplinary team of consultants and experts. We advise and support our clients throughout the entire data lifecycle, from collection to valorization in innovative services, including storage and service architectures. Our consultants are based in Ile-de-France and various regions (Nantes, Rennes, Lille, Lyon, and Bordeaux). Our three directors, experienced experts in data governance, AI data science, and AI industrialization methodologies (MLOps, DataOps), are seeking new complementary talents with various qualification levels and seniorities. These individuals will work synergistically with Niji's broad range of skills in development, communication, cybersecurity, and consulting.

Manager IA Responsibilities

As an AI Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Participating in the commercial development of Data & IA activity offers.
  • Managing teams associated with offers and projects.
  • Engaging in high-value Data IA & ML missions.
  • Collaborating with teams and proposing innovative AI solutions.
  • Contributing to the maintenance of technical documentation, best practices, and development standards.
  • Ensuring constant technological watch to stay at the forefront of AI and related technologies.

Candidate Profile

If you:
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Possess a technological aptitude.
  • Demonstrate adaptability, interpersonal skills, and leadership qualities.
  • Have a strong appetite for challenges and a team-oriented mindset.
