Uncover Hiring Manager

Job Description

About The Role

I’m a NYC-based Home Improvement & Lifestyle content creator working with major brands across social, video, and digital platforms. I’m looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant / Content Operations Manager to help keep projects, partnerships, and day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, understands social media workflows, and thrives in a fast-moving creative environment — equal parts logistics and creative support.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Content Management
  • Help project-manage home improvement and content shoots from planning to completion
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Assist with prep for shoots, installs, and brand activations
  • Keep production days running smoothly (on-site support when needed)
Content Posting & Organization
  • Post content on my behalf across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • Organize content calendars and ensure timely uploads
  • Track what’s been posted vs. what’s upcoming
  • Help manage captions, hashtags, links, and assets
Brand Partnerships & Communication
  • Keep track of brand partnerships, deliverables, deadlines, and payment milestones
  • Communicate with my management team and brand partners as needed
  • Organize briefs, contracts, and campaign assets
  • Flag upcoming deadlines, missing assets, or follow-ups
Calendar & Admin Support
  • Manage and organize my calendar (shoots, meetings, deadlines, travel)
  • Schedule calls and coordinate with brands, management, and collaborators
  • Help prioritize tasks week-to-week
  • Assist with light admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly

What I’m Looking For

  • NYC-based and available to work in person
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and creator workflows
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
  • Problem-solver who can anticipate needs and stay one step ahead

Bonus Points (Not Required)

  • Experience working with creators, influencers, or media teams
  • Basic understanding of home improvement, design, or production workflows
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Drive, Asana, Trello, etc.
  • Comfortable being on-site during shoots or project days

Why This Role Is Different

This isn’t a traditional assistant role. You’ll be deeply involved in the behind-the-scenes of building a modern creator brand — from content to partnerships to production. You’ll have real responsibility, visibility into major brand deals, and the chance to grow with the business.
