Overview

The Digital Data Research Support role at NielsenIQ is focused on researching and analysing digital data sources to enhance the CGA product suite. The role involves utilizing proprietary tools, such as the Internal Web scraping tool and Vortex Platform, to transform data into market intelligence and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyse digital data sources and collection techniques.
• Utilise proprietary CGA tools to integrate and process data.
• Collaborate with experienced team members and train junior staff.
• Maintain documentation and troubleshoot issues as per standard processes.
• Engage with stakeholders and support digital data processes.

Leadership & Personal Development

Plan work completion, delegate tasks, and manage workload in line with deadlines. Establish and follow personal development plans while supporting the training of junior team members.

Stakeholder Management & Service Standards

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, provide support in the digital data acquisition process and advocate on behalf of the team. Keep documentation up-to-date and identify process improvements.

Technical Knowledge & Tools

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and quality checks, operate the Internal Web scraping tool and manage DDA actions on the Vortex Platform. Absorb new information and document learnings for ongoing use.
