About the Job
Execute and maintain operational instructions for generating service information under direct and permanent supervision.
Responsibilities
- Execute scheduled activities daily.
- Report production errors.
- Maintain a record of activities performed.
- Operate processes in accordance with established instructions and guidelines.
- Follow established training.
- Adhere to the management model defined by operations.
- Requires a high supervision model.
- Data and information analysis (report generation).

Generates ideas to improve, do things differently, passionate about being part of a high-performance team, and willing to support special projects or initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Full technical career or full bachelor's degree or in process in the last semesters in economic-administrative, engineering, and IT careers.
- Minimum 6 months of experience: Data and information analysis.
- Intermediate-Advanced English (conversational).
- Proficiency in Office (Intermediate Excel).
- Basic programming notions (desirable).
