The Digital Data Acquisition Support Specialist role at NielsenIQ focuses on researching and analyzing digital data sources to support the CGA product suite. This position involves using proprietary tools, providing internal customer service, and working closely with cross-business teams.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Plan work, delegate tasks, manage deadlines and report changes to stakeholders. Represent the department confidently in BAU meetings and support team training.

Service Standards & Process Improvement

Troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation, and suggest process improvements to enhance the DDA workflow.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for analysis and quality checks
  • Understanding of internal web scraping tools and the Vortex Platform
  • Ability to absorb new information and document learnings
