About The Role
The Go To Market Strategy & Insights Analyst role supports Revenue leaders with data-backed planning and operational insights across forecasting, pipeline, territories, quotas, headcount, compensation, and business performance. This role demands analytical rigor, project management skills, and the ability to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the insights partner for senior Revenue leaders.
- Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and ad hoc reports.
- Provide strategic recommendations and escalate actionable insights.
- Collaborate across teams to drive strategic growth initiatives.
- Support headcount, quota, territory planning, and compensation execution.
- Deliver period-end insights and support quarterly and annual planning.
- Drive adoption of BI tools to enable a self-service analytics culture.
What We Are Looking For
- 2-4 years in Sales Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Business Planning in B2B SaaS/tech.
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL; experience with Salesforce reporting, Tableau, and QuotaPath a plus.
- Experience in forecasting, pipeline measurement, quota planning, headcount modeling, and compensation cycles.
- Ability to produce executive-ready reporting and strategic insights.
- Strong business acumen with a collaborative mindset.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary ranges between $88,000 and $110,000, plus annual bonus and stock options. Niche offers flexible working conditions, a competitive benefits package, comprehensive health plans, flexible PTO, and support for a remote or office-based work environment.
Interview Process
- Phone Screen with Talent Acquisition Partner (30 minutes).
- Video Interview with Hiring Manager (45 minutes).
- Four separate 30-minute team interviews.
- Case Study Assignment and Leadership Interviews with VP Rev Ops and CRO.
