About the role
About the Role
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you ormalso known as a Technical Enablement Manager, you’ll help ensure NiCE's partners are technically capable of building, demoing, and delivering high-quality AI Agents on the Cognigy platform. This role is focused on hands-on technical enablement. You’ll work closely with partner engineers, sales engineers, and internal teams to turn product knowledge into real-world solutions. You’ll be a go-to technical resource for partners, helping them move from basic understanding to confident execution across sales cycles and customer implementations.
How will you make an impact?
- Enabling partners to design, build, and deliver AI Agents using the Cognigy platform.
- Supporting partner onboarding and ongoing technical readiness through structured enablement and certification paths.
- Delivering technical enablement sessions, workshops, and hands-on labs.
- Assisting partners with JavaScript development, debugging, and flow-based logic.
- Supporting API usage and integrations as part of AI Agent implementations.
- Helping partners work effectively with context variables and conversation logic in Cognigy.
- Advising on webchat embedding and xApps using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Supporting partners during demos, proofs of concept, and key partner-led opportunities.
- Collaborating with Sales Engineering, Product, and Professional Services to align on technical standards and best practices.
- Translating product updates and new features into clear, partner-ready technical guidance.

- Strong JavaScript coding and debugging skills, with the ability to support and unblock others.
- Experience working with APIs and integrations in real-world implementations.
- Practical experience using context variables and conversation logic within Cognigy.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly for webchat embedding and xApps.
- A general developer mindset, with comfort solving problems through flow logic and/or code.
- Experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, or Technical Consulting.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across sales, product, and delivery teams.
