About the Role

At NiCE, we challenge our limits and set the highest standards. As a member of the Cloud Security team, the Specialist Cloud Information Security Engineer collaborates with multiple teams to ensure cloud security policies, procedures, and technologies are upheld and clearly documented.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Application Support, Infrastructure Operations, DevOps, Product R&D, and Security teams.
  • Document and demonstrate the Cloud security policies to auditors and customers.
  • Collect and curate evidence in production cloud environments.
  • Apply Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) expertise.
  • Meet and exceed customer and audit security requirements.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years experience in Information Security & Compliance or GRC.
  • University degree in InfoSec, Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of frameworks: PCI, ISO 27001/17, SOC 2, HITRUST, GDPR.
  • Experience with work tracking tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
