About the Role

A NiCE Solution Engineer will lead the functional and technical sales process with a coordinated focus on solutions development across NiCE’s portfolio through discovery, requirements gathering, validation, and demonstration. The role involves articulating the value of NiCE solutions and positioning NiCE products to both business and technical users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver demonstrations aligning the NiCE portfolio with customer challenges.
  • Identify functional and technical challenges of assigned accounts.
  • Manage and interpret customer requirements using effective questioning.
  • Influence and educate clients about ease of use, quality, benefit, and value.
  • Lead all technical aspects of the sales process.
  • Assist with planning and executing proof of concepts (POCs) where appropriate.
  • Collaborate with account executives and overlay teams.
  • Respond promptly to RFIs/RFPs.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years supporting multiple software products and services in complex accounts.
  • 1+ years supporting Conversational AI and/or Digital Transformation solutions in enterprise accounts.
  • Exceptional presentation and demo skills with experience building custom demo storyboards and POCs.
  • Proven success achieving strategic deal wins and managing multiple complex sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills from C-level executives to frontline employees.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with CCaaS, CX, and Conversational AI solutions.
  • Exposure to selling a suite of SaaS products.
  • Certifications and knowledge in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google).
