Senior Business Consultant

About the Role

The Senior Business Consultant at NiCE is a key role in the NICE – AI Center of Excellence. In this role, you will drive delivery excellence and accelerated ROI through our portfolio of AI solutions. You will lead consulting projects, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to implement digital transformations and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects to improve processes and ensure business readiness.
• Consult with clients about self-service and AI solution requirements.
• Provide best practice recommendations for AI software solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams to enhance client outcomes.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Guide consulting teams as the engagement quarterback.
• Monitor progress with defined business success criteria.
• Develop and deliver presentations showcasing software capabilities.
• Analyze client data for process improvement opportunities.

Required Experience and Skills

A minimum of 5 years' experience in self-service or AI software domains is required. A degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Experience with contact center enterprise software, digital self-service channels (e.g., Google Dialog Flow), knowledge management, and generative AI in customer service is essential. Demonstrated ability to independently manage senior executive engagements and lead project teams is a must.
