About the Role

At NICE, we push limits and challenge the status quo. The Senior Automation Engineer API AWS will work within Actimize's AI and Analytics Team to develop an advanced analytical cloud platform that supports financial crime programs for major financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Work with architects, engineers, product managers, and third-party vendors to understand overall design and customer requirements.

  • Translate functional and non-functional requirements into test scenarios.
  • Automate test cases using various tools.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework using open-source technologies.
  • Draft test strategies and conduct both manual and automated testing.
  • Conduct internal demos and support stakeholder engagement.
  • Ensure product quality and health through rigorous testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Automation/Quality Automation, preferably in fraud or risk domains.
  • Strong experience with AWS services and API testing using JMeter and scripting.
  • Knowledge of Java or Python based automation frameworks and Cucumber.
  • Proficiency with Jira/X-Ray and Splunk for reporting.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
