Project Manager at NiCE

NiCE is actively seeking a proactive, delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects. This role ensures projects align with scope, budget, and timelines, and deliver measurable value to enterprise customers. The Project Manager will lead complex projects from initiation to close, serving as the main client contact and ensuring both internal and external teams are aligned to achieve project outcomes.

Making an Impact

• Own the full lifecycle project delivery, from planning through execution to closure, adhering to project management best practices, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Build comprehensive project plans based on customer requirements and implementation team deliverables, leveraging an understanding of key technical concepts of Conversational AI.
• Develop detailed project plans fully aligned with the Statement of Work (SOW).
• Lead multiple projects concurrently, managing various priorities and stakeholders.
• Track action items diligently and enforce accountability across all stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks early in the project lifecycle to prevent escalations.
• Lead post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate clearly and regularly with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within project teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of project management experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable and experienced in working with technical teams.
• Experience serving as the primary client contact, managing expectations and relationships.
• Skilled in developing and maintaining detailed project plans.
• Proactive in managing project risks and handling escalations effectively.
• Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
