Role Overview: AI Presales Engineer

As an AI Presales Engineer at NiCE, you will be a crucial part of the Presales team, working closely with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, demos, and Proof of Concepts (POCs). Your role is to act as a trusted advisor, effectively bridging the gap between cutting-edge technology and tangible business value for customers.

Impact You'll Make:

  • Partner with the sales team to support strategic deals and drive successful outcomes.
  • Actively participate in discovery calls and conduct thorough technical deep dives to understand customer needs.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and customized product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
  • Design and recommend robust technical solutions that are aligned with specific customer needs and business objectives.
  • Analyze complex customer requirements and provide expert technical guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams on product enhancements and to address customer requests.
  • Provide essential technical support during the entire sales process, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape, performing comparisons to highlight NiCE's unique value proposition.
  • Provide internal technical training across teams to elevate overall product knowledge.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or in a similar technical presales role.
  • Experience in enterprise software, particularly within automation or contact center technologies.
  • Strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills are essential.
  • Experience with low-code platforms and conversational AI is a valuable asset.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
  • A creative and design-oriented mindset, focused on innovative solutions.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and effectively explain them to diverse audiences.
