About the Role

As an AI Governance Specialist, you will lead in building frameworks, policies and technical guardrails to ensure our AI systems are effective, compliant, and built for good.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain AI governance frameworks, policies, and technical guardrails.
  • Guide ethical and compliant AI deployment with risk and impact assessments.
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, security and technical teams.
  • Lead development of metrics, audit practices, documentation, and review processes.
  • Stay updated with global standards like ISO 42001, GDPR and the EU AI Act.
  • Design and deliver AI governance education for technical and non-technical teams.
  • Embed governance processes into the AI development lifecycle.

About You

You should have a degree in Computer Science, Data/AI Ethics, Engineering or a related field, with a strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience in governance or risk/compliance. Familiarity with platforms like OpenAI, Databricks, AWS Sagemaker/Bedrock and knowledge of global AI regulatory frameworks is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to translate complex technical requirements into actionable guidance.
