Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Data Analysis/Data Ops Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. This mid-level role is ideal for professionals who excel in data-driven environments and like connecting financial insights to operational impact. You will manage platform-based financial data across regions ensuring accuracy, consistency, and usability for reporting and decision-making. You will support the Corporate Group Benefits team by linking carrier statement revenue to policy records in Salesforce while providing analysis, report generation, and ongoing support to various stakeholders.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Link carrier statement revenue to policy records in Salesforce.
• Investigate timing variances and coordinate data gathering.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Carriers.
• Support onboarding of acquisitions and ensure smooth data integration.
• Generate reports and provide ad hoc data support.
• Perform month-end reporting on variances.
• Complete additional duties to support team goals.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
• Organizational agility and ability to manage deadlines.
• Self-starter with strong autonomy.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally.

Education And Experience

Ideally, more than 2 years of related data analysis experience; recent graduates with relevant internships are welcome. Familiarity with Salesforce is ideal, along with experience in data reconciliation and exposure to regulated industries. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.

The base salary range is $50,000-$55,000, with the final offer determined based on experience and qualifications, plus possible performance-based incentives.
