About the role
About the Role
The Learning and Development Program Manager at NFI is dedicated to fostering employee growth and development. This role involves managing the design, development, and implementation of professional development programs for both individual contributors and leaders across the organization. You will assess current employee skills, identify gaps, and create tailored learning programs. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Development, you will collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to oversee leadership and professional development programs, primarily for corporate office employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement effective learning programs, including instructor-led courses, eLearning modules, and other training initiatives for individual contributors and leaders.
- Facilitate learning using various instructional techniques and formats such as simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and interactive lectures, offering learning opportunities based on operational needs.
- Collaborate with various departments as a Leadership and Professional Development SME to ensure learning opportunities align with organizational goals and the talent development roadmap.
- Act as a strategic learning thought partner to HR colleagues and operations partners across the organization.
- Manage the implementation of learning programs, ensuring they are accessible, engaging, and effective.
- Manage external partners and solutions to supplement internal resources in the implementation of learning programs.
- Collect program feedback and evaluations, and compile regularly scheduled report-outs.
- Apply tools to measure learning solution effectiveness and its impact on performance.
- Conduct recurring content audits to ensure all materials are up-to-date and effective.
- Stay current with the latest trends in learning and development, including new technologies and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, adult learning, or a similar degree, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience facilitating leadership and professional development programs.
- 5+ years of experience implementing L&D solutions in a large corporate environment.
- Ability to coordinate and manage programs across multiple locations and teams.
- Expertise in multiple leadership development methodologies and programs.
- Demonstrated adult learning techniques and facilitation skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with experience communicating effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Working knowledge of e-learning development software and learning management systems.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is $91,583.70 - $112,111.00 annually. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, targeted at 3%. NFI considers qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location when determining starting pay.

Location
This role is in-person at our Camden location, 5 days a week. Up to 25% travel to NFI locations may be required.
