Technical Program Manager III
A leading technology organization is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. This role will drive planning, coordination, and execution across engineering, product management, and operational teams to deliver high-impact software and platform programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at managing multiple concurrent initiatives, and brings strong technical fluency combined with exceptional stakeholder management skills. This is an onsite role based in Menlo Park, California.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership & Execution: Lead and govern complex technical programs spanning multiple teams and business units
- Program Leadership & Execution: Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management from initiation through delivery
- Program Leadership & Execution: Define scope, milestones, timelines, and measurable success criteria
- Program Leadership & Execution: Ensure programs are delivered on schedule and aligned with strategic objectives
- Planning & Resource Management: Develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps
- Planning & Resource Management: Coordinate cross-functional resources and dependencies
- Planning & Resource Management: Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Planning & Resource Management: Balance competing priorities across multiple initiatives
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams
- Stakeholder Communication: Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field OR equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in technical program management or project management
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience working across cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related technical or business discipline
- Experience within large-scale technology environments
- Familiarity working across diverse product portfolios
- Experience operating in high-growth or rapidly evolving organizations
Work Environment
- Onsite presence required in Menlo Park, CA
