About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager to lead and optimize a portfolio of data science initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategic planning, and program management, ensuring data-driven projects are aligned with business objectives and delivered with measurable impact.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical fluency in analytics and modeling, combined with the leadership skills necessary to manage cross-functional stakeholders and executive priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Oversight & Strategic Alignment
    • Drive execution and visibility across operational and transformative data science initiatives
    • Partner with senior leadership to define long-term strategy, priorities, and focus areas
    • Align technical roadmaps with organizational OKRs and business objectives
    • Develop executive-ready reporting on milestones, KPIs, and success metrics
  • Project Intake & Resource Management
    • Design and streamline project intake frameworks
    • Balance resources across multiple teams and initiatives
    • Improve project throughput, timeline adherence, and delivery efficiency
    • Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively
  • Analytical Leadership
    • Leverage advanced analytics to extract insights from structured and unstructured data
    • Guide teams on modeling approaches, analytical design, and data visualization standards
    • Apply emerging quantitative techniques to strengthen research and business conclusions
    • Ensure analytical rigor and technical excellence across initiatives
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with data scientists, engineers, product leaders, and executives
    • Facilitate planning sessions and strategic discussions
    • Drive alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders
    • Ensure consistent communication across the organization
  • Operational Excellence
    • Track progress against KPIs and portfolio-level objectives
    • Support incident management and production-related escalations
    • Improve systems, workflows, and portfolio management tools
    • Establish scalable program management best practices

Required Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience working with technical teams in data science, analytics, or program management
  • Strong background in data analysis, modeling, and visualization
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects
  • Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational prioritization skills
  • Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing large-scale data science or AI portfolios
  • Background in advanced analytics or quantitative research
  • Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience building or improving program management processes at scale

Work Environment
