About the Role: Software Engineer LLM Developer
Nexus Consulting is seeking a talented Software Engineer LLM Developer to join our team as an independent contractor. This remote, hourly contract role focuses on enhancing and validating AI-driven systems. You will play a crucial part in refining AI-generated content, ensuring the technical accuracy of algorithms, and providing detailed feedback on solution quality. Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code.
- Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy.
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
- Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language.
- Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development.
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Bachelor’s minimum; advanced degree preferred).
- Strong proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++, among other popular languages.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and validating code.
- Comfortable with technical writing and attention to detail.
Project Timeline & Commitment
This engagement is immediate and expected to last 1-2 months, with potential for extension. We offer a part-time commitment of 15-25 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours/week. This is a fully remote role allowing you to work on your own schedule.

Contract and Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor. Payments are processed weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. Please note, we are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates for this role.
