This pivotal role involves driving planning, coordination, and execution across diverse engineering, product management, and operational teams to deliver high-impact software and platform programs. This is an onsite role based in Menlo Park, California.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership & Execution
  • Lead and govern complex technical programs spanning multiple teams and business units.
  • Drive end-to-end program lifecycle management from initiation through delivery.
  • Define scope, milestones, timelines, and measurable success criteria.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on schedule and aligned with strategic objectives.
• Planning & Resource Management
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and roadmaps.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources and dependencies.
  • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Balance competing priorities across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Stakeholder Communication
  • Provide clear, structured updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies effectively.
  • Facilitate alignment across engineering, product, and operations teams.
  • Support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, design, and business teams.
  • Drive accountability and ownership across distributed stakeholders.
  • Promote operational excellence and continuous process optimization.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, OR equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated experience in technical program management or project management.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and various methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams and adeptly managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related technical or business discipline.
• Extensive experience within large-scale technology environments.
• Familiarity working across diverse product portfolios.
• Experience operating effectively in high-growth or rapidly evolving organizations.
