Job Summary
As a QGIS Expert, you will lead full-cycle GIS projects — from raw data acquisition and preprocessing to advanced spatial analysis and polished cartographic outputs. Your structured documentation and explanation of workflow decisions will help AI systems learn expert-level geospatial reasoning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end QGIS projects from raw spatial data to final map deliverables
- Acquire, clean, validate, and organize diverse geospatial datasets
- Perform spatial analysis, geoprocessing, and data transformations
- Manage projections, coordinate systems, and spatial references to ensure interoperability
- Style and symbolize layers for clarity, interpretability, and professional presentation
- Build advanced layouts and cartographic products while explaining design decisions

- Troubleshoot GIS challenges and articulate problem-solving strategies
