Nexus Consulting is seeking a Project Manager I to join our dynamic Global Partnerships team. This role is 100% remote and will primarily support initiatives within the Music ecosystem, focusing on creators, public figures, media, and entertainment partners. You will work closely with Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to drive partner performance, product adoption, and operational excellence across major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Performance & Analytics: Analyze partner account performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Track partner goals, KPIs, and adoption metrics. Conduct market trend analysis and forecasting to inform strategy. Provide data-driven insights to internal stakeholders.
• Partner Program Management: Support ongoing music partner initiatives and inbound partner management. Coordinate across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships teams. Anticipate bottlenecks and help balance business objectives with operational constraints. Resolve blocking issues by aligning internal stakeholder groups.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Strategic Partner Managers and Solutions Managers. Present performance insights and updates to diverse audiences. Communicate priorities clearly to leadership and stakeholders. Operate effectively in a high-growth, startup-like environment.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, partnerships, account management, or project/program management.
• Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem.
• Experience working directly with entertainment or media partners.
• Background in Tech, Social Media, Digital Media, or Entertainment industries.
• Strong operational and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with data analysis and performance reporting.
• Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience supporting music industry partnerships on digital platforms.
