We are seeking a Postsecondary Education Teacher to contribute subject matter expertise to advanced AI training initiatives. In this fully remote role, you will apply your experience in curriculum design, academic research, and student engagement to help train and refine next-generation AI models.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive academic materials, including syllabi, assignments, lectures, and instructional resources for AI training applications
• Conduct and integrate scholarly research to ensure AI training datasets reflect current academic standards and advancements
• Design, administer, and evaluate assessments to support accurate and high-quality AI model outputs
• Review and provide detailed feedback on AI-generated educational content for clarity, rigor, and academic integrity
• Mentor and supervise simulated academic scenarios (e.g., research projects, internships, or fieldwork contexts) to inform realistic AI training data
• Communicate complex academic concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to align educational content with AI training objectives
• Maintain high standards of documentation, organization, and data accuracy

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Education or a related academic discipline
• Demonstrated postsecondary teaching experience
• Proven expertise in curriculum design, instructional strategy, and assessment development
• Strong academic research skills with the ability to apply findings in practical educational contexts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple remote projects effectively
• Proficiency with digital learning platforms and collaboration tools
• Comfort working in a technology-driven, AI-supported environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience contributing to AI, machine learning, or language model training initiatives
• Published academic research in peer-reviewed journals or scholarly media
• Active involvement in academic, professional, or education-technology organizations
