Job Description
Procurement Clerk
We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Clerk to join Nexus Consulting's customer's team as an AI Trainer. In this remote role, you will execute procurement functions while collaborating with AI developers to train intelligent systems. Your expertise will ensure AI models accurately replicate real-world procurement workflows, from purchase orders to supplier evaluation.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile, review, and organize procurement data to generate accurate purchase orders for materials and services.
- Track requisitions, contracts, and order statuses, providing updates to both stakeholders and AI training systems.
- Prepare, process, and distribute purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Calculate and verify costs, manage invoices, and maintain meticulous procurement records.
- Compare prices, specifications, and delivery schedules to identify optimal suppliers and bids.
- Assist in supplier negotiations and document the process for AI model training purposes.
- Collaborate with AI teams to structure procurement workflows and create scenario examples that enhance machine learning models.
