Key Responsibilities

• Validate clinical content, scenarios, and annotations for medical AI workflows, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Review AI model outputs specifically related to nursing practices and patient care standards, providing expert feedback.
• Advise on clinical guidelines, best practices, and identify potential safety concerns within AI applications.
• Develop realistic clinical use cases and comprehensive medical question datasets to train and improve AI models.

Essential Qualifications

• A valid Nursing license, MD, PhD, or equivalent higher medical education is required.
• Possess 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience within patient care settings.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and established standards of care.
• Previous experience with clinical documentation or case review processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying complex medical information to both technical and non-clinical audiences.
