About Nexus Consulting
Nexus Consulting is seeking a talented LLM Software Developer to join our team as an independent contractor. This fully remote role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical precision and effectiveness.
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity, contributing to continuous improvement.
- Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language for efficient management.
- Support benchmarking efforts to accurately assess and enhance model capabilities.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development.
- Bachelor’s degree minimum in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++, and other popular languages.
- Demonstrated experience with debugging, testing, and validating code.
- Comfortable with technical writing and possessing strong attention to detail.
Project Timeline & Commitment
This is an immediate start, hourly contract position with a duration of 1–2 months. The commitment is part-time (15–25 hours/week), with flexibility to increase up to 40 hours/week based on project needs and individual performance.
Application & Onboarding Process
The application process includes uploading your resume, followed by a short, 15-minute AI interview to discuss your background, experience, and interest. Successful candidates will receive follow-up communication within a few days with next steps and onboarding details.
Contract and Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor for this fully remote role, allowing you to complete work on your own schedule. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early. Your work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information. Payments are processed weekly via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. Please note that Nexus Consulting is unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates at this time.
