About the LLM Software Developer Role at Nexus Consulting
Nexus Consulting is seeking a talented LLM Software Developer to join our team as an independent contractor. This fully remote role offers flexibility, allowing you to work on your own schedule, typically 15-25 hours per week with the option to extend up to 40 hours. You will play a crucial part in refining AI-generated content and validating cutting-edge software concepts, contributing directly to the future of AI-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and refine AI-generated prompts, responses, and code.
- Validate algorithms and software concepts for technical accuracy.
- Provide structured feedback on solution quality and clarity.
- Tag and organize content by topic, difficulty, or language.
- Support benchmarking efforts to assess model capabilities.
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in software engineering, technical research, or educational content development.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++, and other popular languages.
- Demonstrated experience with debugging, testing, and validating code.
- Comfortable with technical writing and possesses a keen attention to detail.
Project Timeline & Commitment
This engagement starts immediately and is expected to last 1-2 months. It is a part-time commitment of 15-25 hours per week, with potential flexibility up to 40 hours per week, all completed remotely on your own schedule. Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded based on evolving needs and performance.

Contract and Payment Terms
You will be engaged as an independent contractor, with weekly payments processed via Stripe or Wise based on services rendered. Please note that we are unable to support H1-B or STEM OPT candidates for this position.
