Job Summary
As a Krita Expert, you will execute complete digital illustration workflows — from initial concept sketch to final polish — while operating in a controlled virtual environment.
Your work will be used to train AI systems to better understand artistic structure, layering logic, brush techniques, and creative decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Create fully developed digital illustrations in Krita, following structured layer management best practices
- Perform hour-long, live illustration workflows within a virtual machine environment, capturing each step of your process
- Clearly articulate your creative decisions both verbally and in writing
- Collaborate with project coordinators to ensure workflows align with research objectives
- Demonstrate advanced use of Krita tools, brushes, blending modes, and layer systems
- Provide clear documentation and feedback to improve AI training outcomes
- Maintain high standards of organization, structure, and visual quality across all deliverables
