Role Overview: Junior Project Manager

We are actively searching for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager. In this role, you will provide crucial support in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across both product and engineering teams. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual early in their career to gain hands-on exposure to real-world product development within a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.

You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring projects are meticulously scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered punctually.

Key Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Effectively break down complex requirements into manageable, actionable tasks and diligently maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
• Proactively track deadlines and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Meticulously document all project decisions, updates, and action items for clarity and reference.
• Identify potential blockers early in the process and escalate them appropriately to prevent delays.
• Coordinate and facilitate various meetings, including stand-ups and sprint ceremonies.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date project dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
• Help ensure seamless alignment and communication between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or other related roles.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and superior time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining impeccable attention to detail.
• Comfortable and effective operating within fast-moving, evolving environments.
• Possesses a proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Prior experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience gained within a startup, product, or engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• A genuine interest in AI, SaaS, or other technology products.
