Role Overview: Junior Project Manager

We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to facilitate planning, coordination, and execution across dynamic product and engineering teams. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure to real product development within a fast-paced startup environment. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring projects are well-scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks and diligently maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
• Track critical deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Document essential project decisions, updates, and action items with precision.
• Identify potential blockers early in the process and escalate them appropriately to leadership.
• Coordinate essential meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies efficiently.
• Maintain informative project dashboards and reporting for clear leadership visibility.
• Help ensure seamless alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or closely related roles.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, particularly in English.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable and adaptable operating within fast-moving, dynamic environments.
• Possess a proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with productivity tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within a startup, product-focused, or engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Genuine interest in AI, SaaS products, or broader technology innovations.
