We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support critical cross-functional product and engineering initiatives within this innovative environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and execution across product and engineering teams. This role offers hands-on exposure to real product development in a fast-paced startup setting, ideal for someone early in their career. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams to help ensure projects are well-scoped, tracked clearly, and delivered on time, contributing directly to the success of AI system development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
  • Break down requirements into actionable tasks and maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
  • Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Document project decisions, updates, and action items for transparency.
  • Identify blockers early and escalate appropriately to keep projects on track.
  • Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies efficiently.
  • Maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
  • Help ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving environments, adapting quickly to changes.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a startup, product, or engineering environment.
  • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Interest in AI, SaaS, or technology products, demonstrating relevant passion.
