As Nexus Consulting is growing rapidly, they are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support critical cross-functional product and engineering initiatives within this innovative client environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across product and engineering teams. This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who desires hands-on exposure to real product development within a fast-paced startup setting. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams to ensure projects are well-scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
• Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Document project decisions, updates, and action items.
• Identify blockers early and escalate appropriately.
• Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.
• Maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.
• Help ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup, product, or engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Interest in AI, SaaS, or technology products.
