Role Overview

We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager. In this pivotal role, you will support the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution efforts across various product and engineering teams. This position is perfectly suited for individuals early in their career who are eager to gain hands-on exposure to real-world product development within a fast-paced startup setting.

You will work in close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams. Your primary objective will be to help ensure that projects are meticulously scoped, tracked with clarity, and delivered punctually, contributing significantly to the success of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
• Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Document project decisions, updates, and action items comprehensively.
• Identify blockers early in the process and escalate them appropriately to leadership.
• Coordinate essential meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies effectively.
• Maintain project dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
• Help ensure critical alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and exceptional time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining rigorous attention to detail.
• Comfort operating effectively in fast-moving and evolving environments.
• Proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience with essential tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a startup, product, or engineering environment is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• A keen interest in AI, SaaS, or broader technology products.
