Role Overview: Junior Project Manager

We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to facilitate planning, coordination, and execution across product and engineering teams. This position is perfect for an early-career professional eager to gain hands-on exposure to real product development within a dynamic startup setting. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring projects are well-scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered efficiently and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and diligently maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
• Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Document project decisions, provide regular updates, and clearly outline action items.
• Proactively identify blockers early in the process and escalate them appropriately to leadership.
• Coordinate essential meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies.
• Maintain comprehensive project dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
• Help ensure seamless alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and superior time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable and adaptable operating within fast-moving, evolving environments.
• Proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management and communication tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a startup, product-focused, or engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, or other technology products.
