Role Overview: Junior Project Manager

We are searching for a highly organized and proactive Junior Project Manager to facilitate planning, coordination, and execution across dynamic product and engineering teams. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for individuals early in their career to gain hands-on exposure to real-world product development within a fast-paced startup environment. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams, ensuring projects are well-scoped, clearly tracked, and delivered promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams.
• Break down complex requirements into actionable tasks and meticulously maintain sprint boards and backlogs.
• Track critical deadlines and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Accurately document all project decisions, updates, and essential action items.
• Identify potential blockers early and escalate them appropriately to prevent delays.
• Coordinate essential meetings, daily stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies effectively.
• Maintain comprehensive project dashboards and reporting for clear leadership visibility.
• Help ensure seamless alignment between product, design, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or closely related roles.
• Demonstrated strong organizational and superior time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort and adaptability operating in fast-moving and evolving environments.
• Proactive mindset coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within a startup, product-focused, or engineering environment.
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Genuine interest in AI, SaaS, or cutting-edge technology products.
