Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers to provide subject matter expertise for advanced AI training initiatives as a Fire Captain. In this remote role, you will apply your frontline leadership experience in fire suppression, emergency response, and prevention strategy to help develop realistic, standards-aligned AI models and simulation tools. Your operational insight will directly contribute to improving digital solutions that support fire safety and emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on fire suppression tactics, rescue operations, incident command procedures, and prevention strategies for AI training models.
