Financial Advisor (Remote)
One of Nexus Consulting's clients is actively seeking experienced Personal Financial Advisors to contribute their domain expertise to an innovative AI research initiative. This project aims to significantly enhance financial reasoning and decision-making systems. This engagement offers a unique opportunity to apply your professional knowledge in a flexible, fully remote environment, focusing on diagnosing real-world financial scenarios, structuring tasks, and refining how AI systems interpret and respond to complex financial advisory requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Create realistic tasks and deliverables based on common client-facing financial advisory scenarios.
- Develop structured examples that accurately reflect real-world financial planning challenges.
- Review and refine financial outputs to ensure clarity, accuracy, and practical relevance.
- Provide comprehensive written explanations and reasoning to support financial recommendations.
Ideal Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience as a Personal Financial Advisor or in a related financial planning role.
- Strong knowledge of critical personal finance topics, including retirement planning, tax optimization, investment strategies, estate planning, and risk management.
- Excellent written communication skills, demonstrating strong grammar and clarity.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a structured and accessible manner.
- Proven experience working independently and consistently meeting deadlines in a remote environment.
Engagement Details
- Expected workload: Approximately 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase to 30+ hours based on project needs.
- Project duration: Initial engagement of 3–4 weeks, with potential for extension.
- Start date: Immediate.
- Engagement type: Independent contractor.
