About the Role: Engineering Project Coordinator III at Nexus Consulting
Nexus Consulting is seeking an experienced Engineering Project Coordinator III to support critical hardware development initiatives across various cross-functional teams. In this role, you will partner closely with Technical Program Managers to ensure hardware delivery aligns precisely with product development milestones. Success hinges on your exceptional organizational abilities, strong cross-functional communication, and meticulous management of logistics, procurement, and budget tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect hardware allocation requests and manage distribution logistics.
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Maintain accurate documentation across multiple programs.
- Manage concurrent hardware programs across teams and time zones.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Background in consumer electronics or hardware development environments.
- Experience working with domestic and international vendors.
- Strong proficiency in complex spreadsheets and accounting tools.
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and global time zones.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
