Engineering Project Coordinator III
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Program Specialist to support hardware development initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role partners closely with Technical Program Managers to ensure hardware is delivered on schedule to enable product development milestones.
Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage logistics, procurement, and budget tracking with precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect hardware allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and reporting
- Manage procurement processes and track Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment and delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation across multiple programs
- Manage concurrent hardware programs across teams and time zones
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Engineering Program Specialist, Project Coordinator, or similar role
- Background in consumer electronics or hardware development environments
- Experience working with domestic and international vendors
- Strong proficiency in complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
- Experience coordinating across multiple teams, vendors, and global time zones
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
