  • Metrics & Measurement: Design, implement, and maintain key metrics to measure product performance, engagement, and ecosystem health. Develop frameworks for long-term performance tracking and reporting.
  • Experimentation: Design and execute structured experiments to evaluate product features, partnerships, and strategic initiatives. Apply statistical rigor and causal inference principles to interpret results.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Unidash, or Metrics360. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define analytical requirements. Present insights that directly inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or similar roles.

  • Proficiency in Python or R.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Unidash, Metrics360, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present complex insights clearly.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with large-scale data infrastructure in technology or platform ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with big data tools (e.g., Presto, Hive, Scuba or similar technologies).
  • Experience in experimentation design and causal inference methodologies.
  • Prior experience in contractor or consulting environments.
  • Previous experience at a major technology company.
