Job Overview
Nexus Consulting is seeking a Consultant to provide advanced financial expertise for AI-driven initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex financial data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and refine AI models by developing rubrics and frameworks to ensure accuracy, risk assessment, and actionable financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and reports to inform AI model development.
- Collaborate with AI and data science teams to design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria for enhanced model performance.
- Apply finance and consulting knowledge to assess risk, evaluate strategies, and provide actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
- Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and rubric guidelines in clear written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute thought leadership to define best practices at the intersection of finance and AI.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
- Monitor industry developments and update models and rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of consulting or finance experience.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements, data, and market indicators.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Experience creating structured rubrics and frameworks for evaluating financial scenarios.
- Strong collaborative skills for remote, cross-functional teamwork.
- Adaptability to evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in consulting or finance.
- Experience collaborating with AI, data science, or technology teams.
