Job Overview

One of our clients is seeking a Consultant Expert to contribute advanced financial expertise to AI-driven initiatives. In this role, you will analyze complex financial data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help refine AI models by creating rubrics and frameworks that ensure accuracy, risk assessment, and actionable insights in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret financial statements, market trends, and reports to inform AI model development.
• Collaborate with AI and data science teams to design, evaluate, and refine financial rubrics and criteria for enhanced model performance.
• Apply finance and consulting knowledge to assess risk, evaluate strategies, and provide actionable insights for AI-driven projects.
• Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and rubric guidelines in clear written and verbal formats to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute thought leadership to define best practices at the intersection of finance and AI.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
• Monitor industry developments and update models and rubrics to maintain cutting-edge relevance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Commerce, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of consulting or finance experience
• Proven ability to analyze financial statements, data, and market indicators
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience creating structured rubrics and frameworks for evaluating financial scenarios
• Strong collaborative skills for remote, cross-functional teamwork
• Adaptability to evolving technologies and dynamic project requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or other advanced degree in finance, business, or related field
• 7+ years of professional experience in consulting or finance
• Experience collaborating with AI, data science, or technology teams
