Role Overview
As a Computer & Information Systems Manager at Nexus Consulting, you will strategically lead and oversee technology strategy, infrastructure, and systems operations within a dynamic, distributed environment. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and information systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, promoting accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity best practices, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and enforce IT governance frameworks, policies, and risk management processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into technical strategies and project plans.
- Oversee software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, and vendors.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and information systems in mid-to-large-scale environments.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and compliance standards.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional or distributed teams.
- Solid background in project management methodologies and strategic IT planning.
- Expertise in risk management and systems security.
