Role Overview
As a Computer & Information Systems Manager, you will be instrumental in aligning information systems with overarching business objectives. Your focus will be on strengthening the company's cybersecurity posture and ensuring reliable, scalable technology operations across a distributed workforce. You will be expected to lead cross-functional initiatives, proactively manage IT risks, and guide teams through complex system implementations and continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and information systems that are fully aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity best practices, ensuring paramount data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive IT governance frameworks, policies, and sophisticated risk management processes.
