Role Overview

As a Computer & Information Systems Manager, you will be instrumental in aligning information systems with overarching business objectives. Your focus will be on strengthening the company's cybersecurity posture and ensuring reliable, scalable technology operations across a distributed workforce. You will be expected to lead cross-functional initiatives, proactively manage IT risks, and guide teams through complex system implementations and continuous improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and information systems that are fully aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead and mentor IT teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity best practices, ensuring paramount data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive IT governance frameworks, policies, and sophisticated risk management processes.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to effectively translate operational needs into actionable technical strategies and detailed project plans.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and ensure stringent adherence to quality standards.
• Proactively evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, and vendors to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and transparent, effective communication.
• Develop robust disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to safeguard operations.

Required Qualifications

• Proven extensive experience managing IT infrastructure and complex information systems within mid-to-large-scale environments.
• Strong, in-depth knowledge of leading cybersecurity frameworks, governance principles, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, successfully guiding cross-functional or globally distributed teams.
• Solid background in various project management methodologies and strategic IT planning.
• Expertise in risk management and comprehensive systems security.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for a remote, global role.
