Nexus Consulting is seeking experienced legal professionals to support two new AI research dataset projects specifically targeting the Australian market. This remote role involves the meticulous collection, verification, and organization of publicly available legal and financial documents. These compiled materials will be crucial for the internal testing and external demonstrations of advanced AI systems. This is a fully remote and asynchronous contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents strictly following project guidelines.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
• Adhere to structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
• Verify sources rigorously, ensuring all data originates from public, verifiable platforms.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and consistently meet all established deadlines.
• Maintain high-quality work output in an independent, remote work setting.

Ideal Qualifications

• Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal work specifically within the Northern Territory.
• Demonstrated familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory document sources.
• Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and effective time management for meeting project deadlines.
• Comfortable working independently and efficiently in an asynchronous environment.
• Reliable access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks are not supported for this role).
