About the Role
Nexus Consulting is seeking experienced legal professionals to join two new AI research dataset projects in the Australian market. This remote, asynchronous role involves collecting, verifying, and organizing publicly available legal and financial documents to support the development and testing of advanced AI systems. You will work independently, contributing to cutting-edge AI innovation while maintaining high-quality documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and organize publicly available legal and financial documents following strict project guidelines.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all compiled materials.
- Follow structured documentation processes to meet defined quality standards.
- Verify sources, ensuring all data comes from public, verifiable platforms.
- Collaborate asynchronously with project managers and consistently meet all deadlines.
- Maintain high-quality work standards in a remote, independent setting.
Ideal Qualifications
- Prior experience in litigation or corporate/transactional legal work within the Northern Territory.
- Familiarity with Australian legal and regulatory document sources.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management for meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently in an asynchronous environment.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).

- Competitive hourly compensation, ranging from AUD 90–130 per hour, aligned with experience and location.
