Job Description
NEXTON is recruiting an RPA Technical and Functional Consultant (H/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) in Paris!
Your Future Work Environment
Following the successful completion of a strategic POC, our client is structuring its RPA Center of Excellence. You will be responsible for the sustainability of existing automations (RUN) and the creation of new workflows (BUILD). Your role is hybrid: you will understand business needs and translate them into robust technical solutions, with a clear objective of operational efficiency and ROI.
Your Missions
Attached to the project teams, your missions will revolve around the complete lifecycle of automation:
- Analysis & Scoping: Identify eligible processes, perform technical estimations, and estimate ROI in close collaboration with business departments.
- Design & Development: Design automation architectures and develop robots using UiPath Studio, adhering to Robotic Enterprise Framework (REFrameWork) standards.
- DevOps & Quality Cycle: Ensure code reviews, manage versions via Git/GitHub, and oversee unit and integration testing phases.
- Project Management: Independently manage tracking with Jira/Confluence, from the creation of design documents (PDD/SDD) to deployment on Orchestrator.
- Support & Training: Provide Maintenance in Operational Condition (MCO) for robots in production and train end-users to facilitate solution adoption.
Qualifications
With a higher education degree (Bac+4/5), you have confirmed experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in RPA development with a strong specialization in the UiPath ecosystem.
Your Technical Skills:
- UiPath Platform (Essential): Advanced mastery of Studio, Orchestrator, and REFrameWork.
- Development: Very good knowledge of VB.NET language and data manipulation (Excel, PDF, Selectors).
- Integration: Mastery of Git / GitHub and knowledge of APIs (REST / SOAP).
- Methodology: Ability to write impeccable technical and functional documentation (PDD/SDD).
The "Plus" That Will Make a Difference:
- UiPath "Advanced RPA Developer" Certification (highly desired).
- Experience with Document Understanding, Apps, or Automation Hub modules.
- Excellent synthesis skills for communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
