Your Role as a QA Automation Tester
NEXTON is recruiting a QA Automation Tester (Banking sector) for a permanent contract in Paris!
Your future work environment: Within the client project, you will be tasked with supporting teams on the quality of deliverables in an innovative ecosystem. As a major player in the banking sector, you will fulfill the role of QA Automation Tester in web and mobile environments.
Your Missions
- Contribute to the automated test strategy and test coverage optimization.
- Define and implement the automation framework for web and mobile tests.
- Evaluate the relevance of scenarios to be implemented.
- Support and supervise the creation of new relevant and optimized automated test cases with various team roles (developers, DevOps, POs).
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (UI, API, regression, etc.).
- Write test cases in pair with Product Owners.
- Manually and automatically execute (for the most critical cases) test plans.
- Monitor, analyze, and report test campaign results.
- Propose continuous improvements to strengthen the robustness of tests and tools.
Qualifications
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a QA with a good mastery of Agile methodologies.
- You master the following technical stack: Xray, Gherkin, Appium, Selenium, "3 amigos", Java.
- You master databases and basic web integration technologies.
- You master testing methods (e.g., non-regression testing).
- You know how to write test scenarios in Gherkin.
- You have strong teamwork skills, autonomy, and a sense of service.
