Job Description: PMO (H/F) in Lyon
NEXTON is seeking a motivated PMO (H/F) for a permanent position in Lyon. You will be instrumental in a major program focused on securing and sustaining a client's Information System. Your role is critical to the group's resilience, involving risk reduction, technical debt management (obsolescence), and ensuring the continuity of critical services (Disaster Recovery Plans) across hybrid and Cloud environments.
Your Responsibilities:
- Monitoring & KPIs: Design, industrialize, and analyze program KPIs using Power BI to track objective achievement.
- Instance Facilitation: Organize and lead operational committees with IT Directors, architects, and OPS teams.
- Information Governance: Ensure data collection, consistency, and produce committee support materials (Coproj, Copil).
- Operational Follow-up: Formalize needs, draft meeting minutes, and manage the associated action plan.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate information flow between various business and technical departments.
Qualifications:
- Higher education degree with solid experience as a PMO in high-stakes SI programs.
- PMO Expertise: Proficient in managing complex dashboards and using Power BI.
- IT & Risk Culture: Comfortable with risk management, SI resilience, and ideally Public Cloud environments.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to unite diverse profiles (technical and decision-makers), excellent writing and synthesis skills.
- Rigor & Organization: Ability to translate needs into concrete, measurable objectives.
